Frustrated client

I'm sick and tired of this company they call me back in 5 November 2024 wanting me to join them which a did buy I said to them please let start on the December 2024 coz the current company has already debited and the agreed. then come the first of December 2024 they debited more than we agreed on now I'm trying to call them since last week I'm not find any joy they put me on hold for ever now i'm thinking may be i should reverse the debit and cut my loss and look for another company i don't even have login details for the app and don't have panic button remote nothing Dololo
