Frustrated by the Matrix
I am extremely disturbed by Mix Telematics in how they handled queries. I took continuation of a contract and provided them with a month notice of cancellation on 09 November 2020. Instead of them terminating the contract they continue debiting my account until today. I have engaged them from January till today they are still debiting my account. They kept on claiming that they installed a unit on my car and they wouldn't listen to what I was saying to them even though I send them the correspondence for the sales person who assisted me. This entire debit reversal have impacted on my credit score. Their cancellation and account department are extremely rude.

I really appreciate the engagement I had with the customer care consultant; she took time to understand the challenge and what actually happened. It shouldn't have taken this approach. All evidence were available at their disposal to resolve the matter.
It is much appreciated from Hellopeter to facilitate and assist to fid resolution to my matter.
Overall I am happy with the outcome.
