Frustrated and angry

I'm so frustrated with this tracking company ever since I joined it they only took the correct amount of the installment once and then they would debit their own amount. I have sent emails for asking for clarity but no reply, instead their agents call me regularly saying that I owe them. I also get messages saying that I owe the company. I sent an email today requesting a cancellation miraculously they rep**** saying I need to pay TWO settlements amounts. I'm so angry and frustrated at how they treat their customers!!
