Frustrated

I'm not happy with matrix when ever I press the button they were not calling anymore like they use too I felt it's risky in case I will really need a help so I've called to cancel it but they keep on debiting my account then I was forced to reserve my money now I'm getting call like millions time daily that I'm owing them I feel like it's total unfair cos now it's mess up my credit record which I believe that now this is a war between us
