**********ly taking unauthorized funds from clients account

I have been with Matrix beame for 4 years and i have never encountered some terrible service, I was debited incorrectly 3 months in a row I sent multiple online queries with which I was provided reference numbers(this can be provided if needed) for matrix to contact me as they phone lines were never available but no one called me 3 weeks later i finally got ahold of lady who promise to have it resolved and the funds refunded.This NEVER HAPPENED!!!! Yesterday morning again I was debited the incorrect amount after the lady taking acknowledgement that there is an error on the system, if that was not bad enough they debited me last night again?????!!!! what the hell is going on ??? I need this resolved urgently or I will be taking this further as Beame is in breach of the contract. You are not allowed to take unauthorized funds from a clients account that's *****!!!!
