********** Transactions going off monthly!

I have bought a new car almost a year ago. At the dealership I was advised that the car has a BEAME tracking device, but that I will need to activate it myself. Up until today I have never activated the tracker, yet monies are being deducted from my account every month. I couldn't get any assistance from the bank as to where this deduction is coming from, thus I am reversing this transaction every month. I want to know who gave you consent to deduct the monies from my account monthly? I have sent an email to your debtors department with no response as well as to your info email account, still no feedback. These are ********** transactions! Please can someone email me back to sort this out, as I don't want this activated in my car! **********
