Ive tried to cancel their services but they ignore all my mails! thus forcing me to still pay monthly installments! been struggling 2 months now to cancel, when i call i get told to send email to cancelation department but to no avail. The reason why im canceling is cause between them and their lawyers i get called for outstanding installments but when i show proof of payment they apologize and say its a mistake the following month same story again i pay, few days later threats from lawyers for an outstanding amount but my acc is up to date send pop again apologies from them just to discover iv been listed on credit bureau but i dont owe money, installment is up to date. They don't know whats going on with their clients accounts and if u are not wake up ull pay for something u dnt owe. I want to cancel telematics matrix beae whatever name u choose to use for ur company i dnt want ur pathetic service.
