Formal Complaint Regarding Unauthorized Debits and Credit Report Discrepancy

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Sarah Mashifane, and I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received from TeleMatrix. I recently discovered multiple unauthorized debits from my account, and upon checking my credit report, it indicates that I have been handed over. I find this situation highly concerning and unacceptable.

On 27 February 2024, my account was debited three times without my authorization, and despite bringing this to the attention of your customer service, I have been told to leave it until the end of March. This response is not satisfactory, and I am reaching out to you directly in the hope of resolving this matter promptly. I have been attempting to reach a supervisor or management to address and resolve this matter, but my requests have consistently been met with responses indicating that they are unavailable due to ongoing meetings.

I also sent an email to them yesterday, but unfortunately, there has been no response so far. The case number associated with my inquiry is ***0.

I kindly request your urgent attention to the following issues:

1. Unauthorized Debits: - Provide an explanation for the unauthorized debits from my account on 27 February 2024.. - Clarify the steps being taken to reverse these transactions.

2. Credit Report Discrepancy: - Explain why my credit report indicates that I have been handed over. - Provide details on the steps TeleMatrix is taking to rectify this error.

3. Customer Service Response: - Express my dissatisfaction with the response received from your customer service team. - Seek clarification on the suggested resolution timeline until the end of March.

I believe in fair and transparent business practices, and I trust that TeleMatrix will address these concerns promptly and appropriately. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
