Does Matrix only have one person attending to every single one their clients' issues? There is no other reason for them to take this long to respond. When you call and are able to get through the person just sound like they are reading a script. and somehow they seem to be able to call and claim you owe money even when you check money owing on your account and it says you have no outstanding amount. They also have a habit of doing double debits, without your consent. if you are sold a car with matrix in it, cancel that thing as soon as you can.
