Filthy Matrix telematics service.
I'm very disgruntled by the filthy service I received from matrix, I've taken up a tracker for my sister. But now I want to cancel because I can't afford it anymore. I've been calling and talking to agents who are not willing to assist me. They've given me 2 email addresses which aren't going through.
They've been calling me daily for their money and I told them to stop because I can't afford their services anymore but they keep telling me they'll call back and never do.
Every month they deduct money from my account and when I reverse it they call me.
What a disorganized tracker company.
