I laid a complain sometime this month regarding the services I received about the above mentioned company. The charges were unacceptable. Thank you for the company called me to resolve the issue. My package covers 5 services and I cancelled one which is ' crash allert ' to replace it by ' road assistance '. I was transferred to a department specialising with what I requested....phone rang for 45min and they ended the call, tried several times and they drop the call. I'm still unsure if they are going to depit the amount of 4 services or 5 will update at the end of the month
