Fed up with contact centre , head office telephone number no assistance

Struggles for month and month to cancel debit order of my bike which I sold two years ago. I was advised to send email to cancellation to date, no one has responded and bemae statement still includes bike account. today Prenavin Pillay from sales were so quick to calling me but for cancellation, no one is calling me. I called the billing line, i spoke to neo makgopa, he put mme through to customer care who has never answered their call. the call cut cut as usual.. i amm fed up with this nonsensical contact centre or head office of Beame telematic...
