FAULTY UNITS AND NO HELP FROM MIXTELEMATICS
We have a fleet of trucks linked with Mix telematics and the services when the unit is not tracking is horrifying! especially for business use. a device that's been going off for days and only working 2 days every three week. despite the number of times this query has been logged it has never been resolved nor can we get in contact with them.
