Faulty App. No feedback. Bad service
Two months my MX2 app started showing wrong location of my car. I called Mix call center twice they promised they will come back to me (but they never did). Send them an email even contacted via their live chat service. One of the agents asked me to remove and install the app but same thing happened. i thought it was maybe a phone gps or tracker signal. Tested all that but same issue happened. I'm still waiting for reply
