I was contacted by Jerico Moodley who was referred to me by My Way Insurance.
Jerico was very friendly and professional in explaining what Beame was offering and the advantages of this device. He was also quick in taking my details and repeating them back to me for confirmation. He also has a great sense of humour.
The installation technician was with me within 30 mins of the call from the customer service centre and installation was done within 10 mins. The technician was also very friendly and professional.
Sa far I'm very happy.
