Fast, Accurate, Effective and on top of it

This is to place on record that after numerous telephone calls to the Customer Care Line with no avail,<br> I then tried again and this time spoke to Sheruna - my boss has been trying to get this resolved for over a year.<br> Both my boss and myself are very impressed with the quality of service that we have received from the hands of Sheruna,<br> Her knowledge and professionalism on how to resolve the issue helped us get our problem solved which has been on-going for over a year now due to a systems mix-up. She had the system mix-up sorted out and also kept us updated on the progress.<br> For that I think that she deserves to be the Employer of the Month at Mix Telematics cos' she definitely in my opinion is well clued up and knows her stuff.<br> Well done to Sheruna for a splendid job.
