<p>I was furious when I started to type on this block as Matrix have seriously made so many mistakes with my account and was about to cancel. </p> <p>Then I got put through to this great woman from Client Retentions Consultant Boitumelo, she listened and rectified the problems. </p> <p>Thank you for the brilliant service.</p>
