False promises
Once again, they have taken double of my subscription and they have made another empty promise to return my money. I requested to cancel the contract and was told the matter has been escalated to management who will contact me to resolve the issue but till today, I'm still waiting in vain. <br> <br> Anyone looking for tracking services for their vehicle should be wary of the type of service they are gearing up for at Mix Telematics Africa, trust me it's not a pleasant ride. I have experienced the worst in the last 3 years!
