False promise
<p>i decided to take out vehicle tracking device for my car on the 10th of May so I called the matrix sales department and they came through and installed but wen I called I specifically asked them when will the first installment go of they said to me it will go of on the 1st of June 2016 and I ask if a prorater fee will go off and they said no onli 319 will go off. To my dismay 630 went off when I called to find out why they telling stupid stories I really am disappointed in the service I received and would advise you not to use them they will rip you off.</p>
