False marketing

I received a call from this company. 4 Months ago if not mistaken. Their consultant said to me they want to upgrade my device because it's no longer active. I ask him if he's from Jetstar?He said yes.I said my device is from netstar.They came to upgrade.Buy the month end they deducted but on my bank statement the ref was from Matrix vehicle tracker. Also Netstar deducted..I reversed the money for them.after two months. They called and I explained everything to consultant stating. That they misleading me.because I never called them to need such services. The Lady said I must write an email to their cancelation department. I did that.but still they still continue deducting from my account. I asked my service provider Jetstar for my device condition and about this.they said my device is still active till 2025 November..I am in negative now on my Credit score. Because of this company. What must I do for them to cancel this false marketing?
