false marketing

<p>i have asked Beame to intal tracking device on my car BMW 1 series, they told me that the device does not have any wires "fair enough" however later when i called them to inquire about the where about of the vihicle with the interntion of testing whether the device is working, their consultant told me they cannot trace it. so i deem the device redundend or that device is not installed on my vihicle. </p> <p>i want refund for all the debits and stop misleading clients.</p>
