False locations

I have sent numerous e mails with no replies. I have called numerous times with no resolution. So maybe if the whole world knows i might get answers or a resolution. I get calls for impact alert when the car is standing stationary in the garage. I get calls for roadside assist when the car is in the garage. I get calls for panics when the car is in the garage. I get calls for border crossing alerts when not even cloae to a border but at home. I am sick of the calls and nothing has been done to fix it. Are you getting just as bad as Tracker and Netstar?
