Failure to communicate

I have been trying to cancel my beamie contract that i had with them for a month now as i do not have the vehicle in my possession. Firstly when i phoned i was told to send a cancellation email and a consultant will contact me in five days after it was send. Three weeks later no response. Then i phoned and was told i need to pay a cancellation fee. And they sorry but that's how it works. I asked for a manager and there was not one on site to speak to. Was told a manager will contact me later during the day. No manager contacted me. I received an email stating that as discussed this is the fee payable after receiving the email i responded that I won't pay no response once again. I gave another week and phoned in to ask whats the outcome and i was told sorry but u need to pay. This fitment was done through my insurance at the time so i only have the receipt for installation done. I was guaranteed i will receive a call first thing this morning as the \voice contract"needs to be pulled which as far as my knowledge is attached to my file that was open in front of her. I am still waiting for some form of response. First thing in the morning might be next year......I WILL NOT PAY!"""
