Failure to Alert on Power Down
My car battery power was down for almost a week and I did not receive an alert or call regarding my battery being down. What is the purpose of having a Power Down option if they do not alert me first hand. It's unfortunate that Matrix was recommended to me but doesn't match the recommendations
