Failure by Matrix Vehicle Tracker to resolve the battery challenge

I have previously reported the ongoing issue with the Matrix vehicle tracking system. A technician was dispatched to identify and remove the device that has been draining my car battery. He failed to locate the original device and, instead, installed an additional one—further worsening the problem. Despite my numerous calls and repeated requests for assistance, Matrix has not provided any effective support. This level of service is unacceptable. I now feel that the company is exploiting the punitive cancellation clause to avoid resolving the matter properly.
