Failed recovery of the vehicle due to bad and slow service

Worst company to trust your vehicle with, service delivery horrible. We had to recover our car self, I even doubt if they bother to look for the hijack or ****** vehicle. I will be making a ticktock video to detail my experience with you for awareness. You really don't care about people's assets, a car get ****** in Tembisa and get to Northwest without any effort, I even wonder if the priority is to recovery the vehicle or not. Me and my husband we recovered our car with the help of taxi drivers in North West and 2 police officers, never ever put a tracker with Matrix because you will never recover your car back.
