Failed promises after being a client for over 6 years.
Terrible company to deal with. After weeks of trying to get the new unit installed after I was promised a free unit upgrade for renewing my contract,I've given up. ( I was told during the initial sales call my untis battery is low all the time and that's a problem) Today I was given a lecture about proper procedure from a rude customer care consultant. Funny how procedures matter after making false promises.
I'd rather spend R300 a month with your competition. Very disappointed after being a customer for over 6 years.
