Extremely worse service ever

After sending my complain to telematics hoping they will fix their problem i only received 1 call from innocentia agent and she said she will come back to me even today i haven't received any communication from them. that they did they send me the same statement with the same error. i don't know what else to do with this company. their service is the worse i will never ever recommend this to anyone including my worst enemy
