EXTREMELY WORSE
I HAVE HAD A CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND FEW MONTHS DOWN THE LINE I WANTED TO CANCEL THE SUBCRIPTIPON WELL ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW WITH NO SUCCESS, I HAVE CONTACED THEN SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD ITS CANCELLED BUT EVERY MONTH I AM DEBITED, BEEN REVERSING THE MONEY BUT AFFECTING MY SCORE. PLEASE HELP

We can confirm that our Cancellations Department did get in contact with you and your account has been placed on term.
They have advised that the arrears on the account you are still liable for.
