Extremely terrible service from MiX telematics (Beame)

This company (Beame) provides vehicle tracker. Initially they refused to cancel my contract that had expired when I requested them to do so. After writing to Hellopeter, Lesego contacted me and promised to cancel the contract and refund me the money that they had already debited after receiving my instruction. She cancelled the policy but no refund has came fourth. Nobody responds to my email as was the case before.
