Extremely Poor Service – Cancellation Ignored Since July 2023

I am extremely disappointed with Matrix. I have requested the cancellation of my service numerous times, starting as far back as July 2023, yet the account is still active. Despite repeated emails to both their legal department and cancellations department, I have received absolutely no assistance and no resolution.

Every month, Matrix continues to debit my account, and I am forced to reverse the charges. This has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have done everything on my side, but they simply ignore all cancellation requests.

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with any tracking service. I would not recommend Matrix to anyone considering signing up for vehicle tracking. Their service is unreliable, and once you want to leave, it feels impossible. And they will ruin your credit score due to their incompetence
