Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience with Beamie: Ignored Emails and Unanswered Calls

I am deeply disappointed with the appalling level of service I have received from Beamie. Despite making multiple requests for cancellation, my emails have been completely ignored, and my phone calls have gone unanswered. It is truly disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer care. The complete disregard for my concerns has left me frustrated and exasperated. I expected better communication and a more responsive approach from a company that claims to value its customers. This experience has certainly tarnished my perception of Beamie, and I will not hesitate to share my negative encounter with others.
