Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience with Matrix Tracking Company. Despite scheduling an installation, I was left waiting all day with no communication or updates twice already. When I inquired about a specific arrival time, I was met with a lack of consideration for my time. Unacceptable customer service
