Extremely Disappointed with Matrix Services

I am utterly disappointed with the quality of service provided by Matrix. Over the past two months, I have been attempting to change and update my login details with them, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

Calling their customer service is an exercise in frustration. Whenever I attempt to reach them, I end up waiting on hold for hours, often without any resolution to my concerns. It is a complete waste of time and a stark example of their disregard for their customers.

Even resorting to emails has been futile. I have sent multiple emails to request assistance, but not a single one has been responded to. This lack of communication demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and care for their customers.

My experience with Matrix has left me not only frustrated but seriously concerned about their commitment to providing quality service. In the realm of vehicle tracking, responsiveness and support are paramount. If Matrix cannot handle a simple request for login details after two months of attempts, it raises serious doubts about their reliability in more critical situations.

I am seriously considering terminating my contract with Matrix and finding a more reliable vehicle tracking service. It is regrettable that it has come to this point, and I hope that others will take my experience into account when considering Matrix as their service provider.
