This company is worse. On September the 1st I noticed that there was an unauthorized debit from Mix Telematics for a tracker on my account and I decided to reverse it as I am only contracted to Cartrack which was recommended to me by my car insurer. I emailed the company and requested that they stop sending correspondence as I was not their client, however the company keeps on sending me bills every month and threatens to blacklist me. I emailled and called them several times without any responses. For me this is bullying and ******ion tendencies by all means as displaced by Mix Telematics.
