I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service I have received thus far. My account has been unfairly suspended due to an error that occurred on your end when I renewed my contract in November 2024. It seems that the billing department made a mistake, and as a result, I have not received service and have been receiving threatening messages regarding non-payment.

To make matters worse, I have spent the latter part of last week being passed from one department to another to resolve this issue, but with no success. The lack of resolution has left me feeling incredibly frustrated, and I now regret renewing my contract with Matrix. Given my experience, I do not intend to renew my contract when the current one expires.
