Exceptional non-service

I am here to report that Mix telematics is still disappointing. from first post they called to understand and asked for supporting documents, but till today, no further responses for cancelling my contract even after paying the fees. its excellent non service delivery. Even a government department does things better than matrix shem. if you want to suffer in life, use matrix vehicle tracking. Good luck to you if you use them, not sure if they will find your car.
