Excellent Customer Service post Tracker Installation

Few days back I reviewed Mixtelematics after the aircon fan malfunctioned after the tracker installation.

Although diagnostics were made and the fan replaced after it was uncovered it was not related to tracker installation nor R & S Car Radio workmanship, but coincidental incident, both businesses reached out to me in the next business day to ensure the issue is resolved.
