Excellent customer service from Thato Mashimbye

<p>If Vodacom want to see how excellent customer service is done they must get training from</p> <p>Thato Mashimbye - Customer Care Supervisor. He went out of his way to correct information on my tracker certificate and he did this with speed to. To me Thato is the essence of profesionalism, efficiency & effectiveness.</p> <p>Definitely lacking at Vodacom. Cancelled a contract in January 2016 that ended in March and April and May Vodacom are still *****ing my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Natasha Moodley should be very proud of Thato. He is definitely an asset to her team. Keep up the good work Thato</p> <p> </p>
