Excellent client service

I was really frustrated by the service I got when I wanted to enquire about my account which resulted in my deciding to cancel my contract. I then got ahold of a lady by the name of Nontobeko from the cancelation department who took me through my account and assisted me with the utmost respect. I definitely decided to stay with Matrix and hope everyone can get assisted only by her.
