Excellent and Professional Service

I have been a Client for a long time and this is all thanx to one Consultant who always makes life with Matrix the best. Albert Griffiths has been assisting me for years with all my queries and he has never dropped the ball on anything i throw at him..

I have made contact with Albert Griffiths as i was buying a new car. He told me that he no longer works in the Personal business space but he will assist me where he can.

I needed my Unit to be installed in my new CAR ASAP and Albert made this happen in less then 24hours. I am only taking Delivery of my New Car today and the Unit is already installed and reflecting on my app.

He than went the Extra mile to Cancel my only Unit, as this was a MONTH TO MONTH and this has been done already.

The guys who installed the UNIT captured the cars details incorrect. I contacted Albert and he fixed it in less than 15min.
