ERRORS - Accounts and Cancellations dept - Ms Caroline Madume

I am complaining yet again that my account is still not fixed but you handed me over which i was not even aware of since you have been sending me incorrect statements

the lady Caroline Madube who called after my last complaint to hello peter did not cancel my contract effective July as claimed by herself. She said the email will show september since it is set that way and I accepted cos she confirmed it was cancelled effective July. Trail of emails was sent to Ms Madube from May onwards showing that I got no response

I then get an email from your accounts confirming that I need to pay for 2 months only since i suppose to provide 30day notice which I accepted.

I am still getting statements from May to Sept and now I have been handed over with out my knowldge for something you could not fix

I reached again to Ms Madube and she didnt respond

Your cancellations dept did not want to help me cos they say I have been handed over

I am hoping to resolve this issue before the end of this month.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP
