Error riddled backend systems - Mix Telematics
I have attempted at least 5 or 6 times to arrange a Beame fitment as offered by Santam. All I keep getting told is that my ID does not match my bank account number!!! After decades of using both the ID and bank account, Mix Telematics tries to tell me I am at fault. They cannot help me!!! Beyond useless! (On the flip side, the person in the call centre was just sublime. An absolute star. Totally let down by inadequate and error filled systems).
