In May of 2023 our vehicle was ******. In July of 2023 after we eventually found our vehicle in piece with the tracker we canceled the tracker. For 7 months after the cancellation the debit order kept going off. We mailed phoned numerous times. We received a cancellation email to confirm that the contract and debit order was cancelled. Still for 7 months we paid for something we didnt use or even have.

Now you they have the audacity to hand us over to a debt collection company after we canceled the debit order and threaten us with blacklisting us?

This level of aervice is discussing. We as the customer has tried multiple times to sort this out and not once dis anyone get back to us. Not once did Matrix contact us to speak to us they just handed us over!
