Empty promises from matrix and threats of legal action
This is the 2nd time I am complaining about this company. After the 1st review I was called by a consultant who promised my account would be rectified and I would be credited and my records updated. Today I got an account with nothing updated and still I am blocked from using the matrix app. This is such an inconvenience and I am fed up with you threatening to list me at a credit bureau. Please get your act right!
