Empty promises
Since March 2023, I never received my panic button. I called, sent emails just empty promises from them. I am very disappointed with them and their empty promises while I am paying for this service. With this high crime rate, I really need this panic button.

13 Sept 2023, 08:26Someone called me on 21 August 2023 saying they will arrange and get the remote to me, today is 13 September 2023 no remote was delivered to me and no one contacted be to tell me if there is a delay or anything. I feel robed.
