Embarassment of a Company Demanding payment of Non Rendered Services and even Threatening Custormers for it.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Mix Telematics Africa as well open other consumer's eyes regarding what type of company this is.

i was on a crotract with them which expired over a year ago, when it expired they never even contacted me to arrange a new contract instead i'm the one who called them and informed them that i will not enter into a new cotract as i will be changing vehicles in a year's period.

last month being February 2021 i called then notifying them to cancel my contract as well as de-activate the device from the vehicle that i was disposing off at the end of February.

i was told to send a cancellation letter, which is very ironic and funny as when signing up with them everything is done and finalised telephonically but i did send them a cancellation email on which i clearly stated that i was aware that i'm on a month to month contract and that i am billed in advance meaning they offer me service after recieving payment from me no vice versa.

They didn't cancel the contract as they planned to milk me further, i have been getting messages from them demanding payment for non offered services which i have been responding to their debtors department telling them that they must stop sending me messages demanding payment for an already cancelled policy.

Today after recieving a message of demand and threat of listing i sent another mail to *** stating the same, instead i recieved an sms threatening me of listing.

i then picked up a phone and called only to be kept holding and hanged up to , i redialled until a cosultant answered, her name was Lesego Mokone , well unfortunately she wasn't of any help as well as they're trained to rob clients as she said she was sending me a cancellation confirmation for the month of March Month which i told her straight that was gonna be in her dreams as i will not be paying for a non rendered service.

i asked to speak to her superior, she made me hold and come back to say her manager Samantha is not available and will call me later.I know for a Fact that will not happen even if it does ,it be of no benefic to me as Mix telematics Africa is a Sham of a company that doesn't serve clients but milks them for debits yet when calling them you struggle to get through which i have addressed with them several times when they would Fail to pick up a Border alert while the car crosses the Border but will call you when the car is already in South Africa coming back instead of calling while the car is crossing out, which is my main reason of leaving them as they were useless to me because What if my vehicle was crossing *******ly with *********, they would have Failed to pick that up as the vehicle wouldn't be crossing back that time.

They have been lucky all these years as i was the one driving my vehicle outside the country and back.

If anybody needs a tracking company for their vehicle, believe me Mix tTelematics Africa is a No Go.
