******* eebit order deduction made my Mixtelematics (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)

I informed Mixtelematics (Matrix Vehicle Tracking) on 3 October that I had sold my Honda CRV and asked them to cancel my debit order. A couple of emails later they told me that my contract only ended on 09 11/24. I kept sending them 8 emails asking for the confirmation of the cancellation of my debit order without any response. Eventually they responded on 20 th December they suddenly sent me an email claiming my contract only expires on 20 /01/25- how is that possible. They have now *******ly taken the debit order amount off my account. So is January are they going to turn around and say my contract only expire in march2025!!!???
