Horrible customer service from matrix ,my account was handed over to risima holdings for collection,I contacted them and settled my account with them on the 23/01/2026 since they offered me 30% discount.the very same day 23/01/2026 I sent contract cancellation notice to matrix with immediate effect since I was on month to month , on the 28/01/2026 I received the confirmation email for my contract cancellation,07/02/2026 matrix loaded R286,09 monthly debit for February while the account was already closed on the 28/01/2026 off which I did paid,i call them on 02/03/2026 asking my paid up letter they don’t want to issue any letter until I settle the discounted 30% amount from Risima holding,horrible service don’t waste your time with Matrix they are bunch of ****s!
