****ed off
I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received regarding a panic button I was supposed to receive last year August, which I have still not received. What makes this situation even worse is that payments continue to be deducted from my account every single month for a product I do not have. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, my emails have been ignored and I have received no assistance or explanation. There has been no effort to resolve the issue or refund me, which is completely unacceptable. I have now escalated the matter to the ombuds, as I feel I have been left with no other option. As a paying customer, I expect honesty, accountability, and delivery of the service I am being charged for. Instead, I have been left feeling disregarded and taken advantage of. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. My experience shows a serious lack of customer support and responsibility, especially when it comes to billing and fulfilling their obligations.

Very reassuring for something that’s supposed to be used in an emergency.Naturally, I tested it—because, you know, safety—and guess what? No call. Nothing. Silence. To make things even better, my friend (on the exact same package) received a completely different panic button… and surprise surprise, theirs does work and did not even struggle to get it delivered. So now I’m sitting here wondering: what exactly are we paying for? A decorative gadget? A false sense of security? At this point, I’m not just disappointed—I’m genuinely concerned. If this is how your “emergency response” system works, then what happens in a real emergency? What do we do now? Because this is unacceptable
